Welcome to the Stardelta Mastering web ordering system. You may have been in touch to discuss your project before placing your order but please read the following guidelines carefully:
Please click on your desired section(s) and add the services to your cart. Once you have made your selections you will have a chance to review your order and change any items you wish. Once you have reached the checkout you will be asked to choose if you are a credit account client. Only if you have agreed and approved credit terms with us, choose credit account. If not please choose bank transfer and make payment on line using the details supplied. Once the order is complete you will be directed to our uploader to send us your premasters in one ZIP file.
You will be emailed a copy of your order and your VAT invoice. Please note that all payment terms on the invoice are to be adhered to strictly. If you have credit please pay within the stated credit period on the invoice or risk having credit withdrawn.

On completion of the order you will be directed to the upload page for our secure server. Please make sure you have all of your files ready for upload in a ZIP file and only a ZIP File please.
Many of you will already have been in communication with us via email or telephone and we will have noted some of your special requests. If there are any further special requests such as reference material you wish us to listen to before mastering please add it to your ZIP file and enter it in the ‘Notes’ box in each relevant section.
Upon receiving your mixes and within 24 hours of your session date, we will listen to them carefully and if necessary call you to discuss any issues and suggested changes to mixes. If you don’t hear anything then the mixes you supplied are going to be fine to work with and mastering can commence.
